  Private provider services in Florida are designed to expedite the plan review and inspection process for private owners and developers. These services are authorized under Florida Statutes 553.791 and are provided by licensed professionals. 

We rely on a self-proprietor software platform that allows clients to track on real time the pace or course of the plan review and inspections.

Ous team supports a wide range of project types, including residential developments, hotels, malls, retail spaces, restaurants, mixed‑use projects, and mid‑rise and high‑rise buildings. Our team of seasoned professionals delivers comprehensive services with efficiency and precision, helping clients save time and resources through reliable inspections, engineering support, plan review, and streamlined permit handling. 

 DKS Consulting Provider was founded by Engineer Denis Solano, a Professional Engineer and Threshold Inspector with more than 27 years of experience in structural engineering, inspections, and regulatory compliance throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. His career includes operating his own structural engineering office for nearly three decades and serving within the building departments of several municipalities, giving him a comprehensive understanding of regulatory processes from both the public and private sectors.

DKS Consulting Providers LLC is a continuation of former VVS Consulting Group founded in 2023 comprising services for more than 60 projects in the area of Private Providers under Florida Statute 553.791.
